Getting Things Done: Learn how to cut through the clutter and develop a system that will help you to become more productive, get more things done and accomplish your goals.

Building a business can feel daunting at times because of all the moving pieces, tasks, options and responsibilities. At any given point in time business owners will have to think about marketing to get new customers, bookkeeping, fundraising and managing customer experiences to name a few. With the many hats that business owners have to wear, they should have a system in place that helps them to effectively manage all of their responsibilities and accomplish their goals. We designed this workshop to help entrepreneurs cut through the clutter and get things done.

In this workshop, participants will learn:

• How to develop their own productivity style
  
  
• How to prioritize projects and supporting tasks based on importance
  
  
• How to break projects down into manageable tasks
  
  
• To plan weekly and execute daily
  
  
• Technology and other tools that they can use to get more things done.
  
  
• Learn how to say no more often and stop taking too many things on that can lead to burnout.
